BID · New construction and finish-out
HVAC for new construction and tenant finish-out
We work as the mechanical subcontractor for general contractors and owners: bidding from the mechanical drawings, installing equipment, ductwork and controls, and starting up the system on the GC's schedule.

A mechanical sub that keeps the schedule
Finish-out work in Austin moves quickly, and the ceiling is crowded. Ductwork, sprinkler, electrical and low-voltage all compete for the same space, and the mechanical rough-in often sets the pace for the ceiling grid and inspections.
We review the drawings carefully at bid time, flag conflicts and long-lead equipment early, and keep the superintendent informed. Equipment, duct, refrigerant piping, condensate and thermostats are installed and ready for inspection when the schedule calls for it.

Common questions
Do you bid from plans?
Yes. Email the mechanical drawings and specs as PDFs with the bid due date, and we'll return a written bid for the HVAC and sheet metal scope.
Do you pull mechanical permits?
Yes. We pull mechanical permits where the city requires them and schedule the inspections.
Can you help when there are no mechanical drawings?
For smaller finish-outs without an engineer's design, we can lay out a practical system and tell you when the project needs engineered drawings.
Do you work outside Austin city limits?
Yes. We work across Travis, Williamson and Hays counties, including Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Kyle and Buda.
