Common questions: Repair & Maintenance

How often should commercial HVAC equipment be maintained?

For most Austin buildings we recommend at least two visits a year, one before summer and one before winter. Restaurants and buildings with long hours often need quarterly filter and coil service.

Do you work on chillers?

No. We focus on direct-expansion equipment: rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, geothermal units and ductwork. For chilled-water plants we're happy to point you to a specialist.

Do you service equipment you didn't install?

Yes. We service all major brands of rooftop units, splits and heat pumps, whoever installed them.

Have a building, a bid set or a unit that's down?

Call to talk through the job, or send the details and drawings for a written bid.
